What will I be doing:
As a Business Systems Analyst you’ll be working extensively with our business teams, and many other cross functional technical teams at Darktrace to establish and implement an overarching architecture that helps us meet our company goals. As a key player in our Salesforce implementation project, you should be comfortable with assembling business requirements, documenting workflows, training individuals, navigating integrations, and troubleshooting issues. We are seeking someone with excellent Salesforce technical skills who can effectively interface with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance systems accordingly.
Location: London or Cambridge (This role also offers hybrid working)
In this exciting new role you will be responsible to coordinate with business stakeholders identifying business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions (heavy focus on Salesforce). You will be managing various business systems projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects. This role also includes;
- Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules,
- Formulate and maintain documentation (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications),
- Works with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed,
- Educates and promotes CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos,
- Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process,
- Plan and monitor large projects by ensuring that needs are within scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process,
- Assist in product owner responsibilities, including defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process,
- Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
What experience do I need:
We welcome applicants with excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. Ideally you have expertise in development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements. (Gitlab, Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow) As well as excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications,
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers,
- Ability to grasp the requirements from various business units and translate/present into technical outputs,
- Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
