What will I be doing:
As a valued member of our Internal Audit Team at Darktrace, you will be responsible for conducting audit fieldwork and reporting outcomes across the business.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver a professional, informative and supported audit experience to key stakeholders. You will have the ability to understand complex business processes and be able to identify the associated risks. You will use your excellent verbal and written skills to clearly communicate any issues, and to collaborate in agreeing subsequent actions.
Collaboration is key in all aspects of this role, and you will contribute to the successful completion and coordination of internal audit team activities, working closely with the Senior Manager and Head of Internal Audit. Your people skills and proactive mindset will be essential in building lasting working relationships across the business and fostering positive change within Darktrace.
- Plan and scope audit projects, design and execute testing strategies, prepare written findings, facilitate business responses and track remedial actions to completion
- Develop a deep understanding of audit areas to identify root causes and develop meaningful findings
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders to agree on appropriate solutions and verify that risks are appropriately mitigated
- Prepare audit reports for IA senior management and business stakeholders
What experience do I need:
We are looking for previous experience delivering high quality internal audits in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Internal audit qualifications are helpful, but not essential. All candidates will be assessed on an individual basis for appropriate fit for the team. Experience of auditing in a SOX environment would be advantageous, but not required.
