Our internal creative agency and web team are looking for a highly motivated Creative Traffic Manager who lives and breathes process and organization. This team is responsible for the expression of the Darktrace brand in every aspect of the human experience. Your work here will include a wide breadth of projects and materials—ranging from advertising, web, digital, data visualization, print, social, video, keynotes, and events.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days out of our London Office.
In this role you'll be responsible for managing the intake of new requests, setting up tasks, running briefing sessions and ensuring all relevant information is captured in the initial ask. You'll be guiding and driving inter-departmental collaboration and developing and promoting creative engagement services model for the creative and web teams by engaging with other teams in the department and wider business. In this role you'll be another set of hands and eyes to review creative deliverables ensuring high quality standards are being met. You'll also be:
- Assessing the current creative teams workload to help resource the work by business need, priority, and deadline,
- Running regular reports of creative team workload,
- Communicating with external agencies to resource any work that's beyond the in-house team,
- Managing the project management and collaboration tool to maintain workflows, delineate tasks, and provide status updates on tasks campaigns and projects,
- Preparing data and details from task reporting to outline project progress to the rest of the department through a newsletter style report.
What experience do I need:
You'll come with proven experience in traffic management, project management and/or in account coordination preferably from creative agency or internal creative team. You'll have exposure to a broad range of projects within marketing such as web, digital or print. Internships or aligned coursework can be applied to your experience. Experience working with project management software is essential e.g. Microsoft Teams Planner, Adana, Adobe or Workfront. You'll also be a:
- Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior managers and stakeholders. You will possess the ability to challenge ideas, provide constructive feedback, and push back when necessary to drive positive outcomes.
- Self motivated and proactive person, looking for inefficiencies in the creative org processes and operations,
- Master of time management with a knack of understanding how long creative projects take,
- Natural relationship builder who meets in the middle to solve problems.
