As a Search Strategist at Code3, you’ll work closely with client contacts and internal client strategists to understand client goals and develop advertising strategies to meet and exceed their needs. You’ll work closely with peers in content, creative and technical specialists across Code3 to problem-solve for clients and improve best practices.

What you’ll do:
- Develop forecasts, ROI targets, and sales plans for Amazon paid media campaigns
- Define campaign strategy and deliverable plans that meet or exceed client expectations including: keyword research, writing ad copy, budgeting, and forecasting
- Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns through Amazon Advertising Console
- Leverage 3rd party platforms and tools for campaign management/optimization, keyword research, and data collection
- Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines
- Create monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep clients updated on the status of their accounts
- Attend client and agency meetings to present deliverables, campaign strategies, and tactics
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts
- Ongoing understanding of Amazon and other marketplaces, Amazon sales acceleration strategy, industry trends, client successes, market activities, and competitors
- Contribute to practice initiatives, automation projects, process changes
- Periodically support new business

You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of paid search advertising experience (preferably on Amazon)
- General understanding of Amazon and e-commerce
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $81,500 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
