Our Project Management team is integral to ensuring effective and efficient processes that support the work we do for our clients. Reporting into the Director of Project Management, this Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive Code3’s business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be the leader driving communication, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest quality of work.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, direct and coordinate day-to-day project needs to ensure on-time completions
- Create and maintain a fluid and effective project schedule
- Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished
- Serve as the key liaison between internal teams
- Forecast deficiencies, risks and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules and ensure that delivery is smooth and well-received by the client, maintaining the client relationship and that all delivery needs are met
- Follow-up and follow through on all aspects of the project
- Manage tasks, deliverables and track feedback via our task-management tool
- Supervise the maintenance of the project status tracker and ensure that clients are well-informed regarding the status of the project and that clients provide any necessary information or assets

You should have:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability
- Deep proficiency in Asana (strongly preferred) or other task-management tools
- Comfort working in Google Docs and Google sheets for organization and project tracking

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $83,500 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
