How will you help us achieve our mission?

  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of automated communications and marketing campaigns
  • Establish KPIs, manage performance / reporting, and communicate results to local teams
  • Analysis of customer data sets across all segments to help identify commercially attractive opportunities and improve personalised direct communication, ROI and sales.
  • To make sure data is promptly available for mailing campaigns, have a good understanding of the customer life cycle while refining the existing life cycle CRM programme
  • Support local, regional and international CRM projects
  • Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis 

What we’re looking for:

  • >1 year experience in a CRM/Email marketing related function
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Data-driven, being able to design new analysis and convert them into business decisions and campaign optimizations
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player
  • Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge of Appboy is a plus
  • Knowledge of Braze is a plus

    Could be good to have knowledge in any programming language: SQL, php,…
