About the position:
The Global VP of Outreach and Awareness will lead a team of marketing experts and is responsible for developing the Brand, Communications and Publicity strategies for the Maxi Mobility group, and all its audiences. Ultimately, this area is responsible for driving reach and awareness of our brands.
She/he will work hand in hand with the leaders of all global areas and country managers to land these strategies in a way that responds to the business needs in a relevant way in each market, constantly measuring and improving upon them.
She/he will lead the planning of global campaigns for paid media as well as promoted through our own channels, will manage the reputation of the brands and advance our positioning within key opinion leaders and media outlets.
How will you help us achieve our mission?
- Define the brand strategy and activation plan making sure it is aligned with the business and market needs, as well as detecting improvement areas and branding projects that need to be developed.
Define and update the brand architecture as the business evolves ensuring correct implementation in the organization.
Lead and deliver the global brand tracking on a regular basis, identifying improvement areas and defining action plans to maintain the brand strategy relevant and measurable.
Lead the efforts to build a Global Marketing Ecosystem (From Brand Idea to Creative Platform), collaborating with all areas required to activate them, and influence all markets to adopt the processes, tools and content developed, as well as guiding them on successfully adapting all global guidelines to the their markets successfully.
Lead and execute the efforts to build campaigns (Both Global and Local) that builds upon the positing of the group’s brands, including managing creative and media agencies.
Organize the team based on business priorities and define a road map for Campaigns, Partnerships, Advertising and Strategic Marketing projects.
Lead and manage Partnerships that are relevant to our Marketing strategy and business. This includes not only the relationship with those partners but also its activation on a Global Scale
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, having worked in multiple areas within the discipline (Brand, Campaigns, PR, Communications, etc.)
MBA or advanced degree preferred
