About the position:

The main objective is to bring new clients into the business that will generate the increase in revenue in a middle and long term, and to manage and coordinate Growth sales teams 

How will you help us achieve our mission?

  • Responsible for our market expansion. Responsible to design, plan and control the commercial Growth strategy for the country, working to get an increase in net sales, market share, and net-new revenue.
  • Participate in the planning, development and implementation of the sales strategies with the Head of B2B for the achievement of the business results.
  • Establish goals for each one of the growth executives and evaluate their performance.
  • Ensure that the quantity and quality of the pipeline, generate prospects and clients that allow the achievement of the commercial objectives in short, medium and long term.
  • Follow up and undestanding of all the sales Funnel, creating indicators to increase performance (pipeline)
 
What we’re looking for:
 
  • Graduated in administration, commercial, administrative or industrial engineering or related carrers.
  • +3 years experience in managing commercial teams.
  • Nice to have: Come from lrading hunters teams on startups.
