The Treasury Team is responsible for leading all aspects of Breeze’s liquidity. This includes cash management, payment processing, cash forecasting, management of debt facilities, fleet transactions and risk management. The Manager Fleet & Treasury will help lead the Treasury Team as we continue to grow at an exciting pace.
Here’s what you’ll do
Assist with all aspect of fleet transactions including negotiating purchase agreements, analyzing fleet opportunities, and managing aircraft deliveries
Assist with long-term forecasting as it relates to the impacts of different fleet transactions
Assist with new debt & lease originations. Engage with the banking and lessor community to promote Breeze and build relationships for future deals
Manage the cash forecast and weekly summaries
Manage the execution of daily cash duties, including payments, receipts, and reconciliation of daily cash position
Manage multiple structured facilities with a thorough understanding of the indentures and related documentation
Ensure internal and external debt covenant compliance
Oversee payment processing and fraud detection and chargebacks
Maintain and manage internal customer and external banking relationships
Assist in the analysis and development of capital structure recommendations and related presentations for senior leadership
Partner with accounts payable, accounting, tax and other teams to educate colleagues on Treasury Team transactions and improve processes between groups
Create ad hoc analytical analyses to assist with proper cash management throughout the organization
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Treasury and Finance Team leaders
Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited university
In depth understanding of treasury operations and debt management
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, MBA or CTP
Airline experience
