The Manager of Schedule Planning at Breeze Airways runs the team that builds and maintains the flight schedule for the airline. They need to have excellent logic, critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making skills and a solid understanding of flight scheduling best practices. They need to be able to collaborate with a variety of different departments to ensure the flight schedule works for our guests and the airline.
Here’s what you’ll do
Build the best possible flight schedule for our guests and the airline by balancing commercial and operational needs
Maintain the schedule by making adjustments as needs dictate
Manage a team to consistently drive improvements into the schedule planning process
Work together with the Planning and Revenue teams to accomplish the commercial goals of the airline
Work closely with operational departments to ensure the schedule meets the operational goals of the airline
Build processes and workflows to constantly improve the scheduling process
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Here’s what you need to be successful
4-year degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
3+ years of experience as a manager in an airline Planning or Revenue role
5+ years of experience in an airline Planning or Revenue Role
Experience with modeling in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience with airline flight scheduling systems (Zulu, Sabre Schedule Manager, OASIS, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Excellent logic, critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making skills
Operates at the highest levels of integrity, tackles problems with ingenuity, constantly pursues excellence, and exercises kindness in all interactions
Ability to communicate and understand needs from stakeholders across the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
