Position Summary
As the Lead Software Test Engineer, you will be a critical member of our Information Systems team, collaborating on the various Manual and Automated tests for our apps and web sites. You will be tasked with setting up the Test department and its policies and procedures, while contributing individually to the testing process.
Essential Functions
Develop manual and automated tests, perform application testing, triage test failures and report bugs
Proactively track bug resolution, work with agile team on faster bug resolution, and verify bugs
Assess feature release readiness per agreed feature quality criteria
Other duties as assigned
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer
Experience using Selenium and other UI automation tools
Must have track record of delivering results, releasing products to production in high quality
Be obsessed with quality, detailed-oriented, and passionate
High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
Strong organization and time management skills
Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with testing Angular and Ruby on Rails frameworks

Good team player and have the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced start-up environment, wearing many hats
