The Role
This role is for a contract negotiator that will be required to review and negotiate technology contracts of lower complexity in a fast-paced environment with the goal of internal stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, internal policy compliance, and corporate goals and objectives.
How you’ll contribute
Negotiating commercial agreements of lower complexity, including but not limited to software licensing, direct supplier agreements, reseller agreements and other technology agreements, as assigned.
Working directly with customers, partners and other third parties
Working closely with the Company’s business units, providing practical contractual guidance, escalating where necessary
Close coordination with the Company’s accounting function, as well as other functional and compliance departments
Work with and use the various business and contract management tools required through the offer-to-agreement lifecycle

3+ years of experience working with commercial contracts
Bachelor Degree in business, legal, or similar field
