Role Profile:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator as based out of our European Headquarters in Theale. The focus for this role will be to facilitate the efficient processing of Customer related sales paperwork such as Proposals, Novations, Contracts, Supplier Surveys
Responsibilities:
Respond to Customer queries relating to provided sales proposals and subsequent contractual paperwork
Respond to Customer enquiries including Supplier surveys and RFPs
Assist Account Executives with the creation and delivery of sales proposals
Manage low value orders, G Cloud enquiries etc
Skills:
Excellent telephone manner
Exemplary written and spoken English
Ability to manage multiple high priority requests in parallel

Experience:
Previous experience of working in a Sales Administration function for an International Software business is preferable
This will be a customer facing role, primarily by phone and email, so prior experience of working in a similar B2B Sales environment is preferable
