The Role

We are looking for a Network Analyst I to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH/Hybrid or Remote in the U.S. (willing to work EST hours)

The Network Analyst I is responsible for providing support with data-driven analytics and research that drives profitable growth of Paymode-X. The analyst provides data to help the broader Paymode-X team develop best practice processes for vendor enrollment campaigns, pricing, and database imports.

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to, accountability for accuracy in validating information, meeting critical deadlines, and other necessary services to ensure a high level of data accuracy and customer satisfaction.  Individuals are encouraged to think creatively, identify and address nuances, and make routine decisions. This is a great opportunity within a growing area of our business! 

How you’ll contribute: 

  • Provides support with Paymode-X pricing requests received from the Bottomline sales team and channel partners 
  • Completes routine business analysis, facilitates customer data exchange and vendor list management through communication with multiple teams 
  • Tracks and performs vendor analysis for potential Paymode-X customers 
  • Reviews data to identify trends and opportunities within the network to drive revenue. Identifies and analyzes trends and opportunities within the network to drive revenue 
  • Assists in developing and documenting new/modified processes and standards as the business and products evolve. Develops and documents new/modified processes and standards as the business and products evolve 
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams to determine successful campaigning process. Provides planning and follow-up with external and internal resources pre/post implementation 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while juggle multiple priorities 
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences 
  • Supports complex analysis and data mining 
  • Assists with training new hires and updating training materials 
  • Joins client calls, as necessary, with internal client management team, to support client setup discussions 
  • Uses tools (ex: Excel, Alteryx, macros, etc.) to improve standard operating processes for the Network Analyst team

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you!

  • 2+ years of experience in a research/analyst role is preferred 
  • MS Excel experience with pivots, basic formulas, built-in functions, data import/export, etc. is Required (there will be an assessment)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet browsers 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Balance multiple priorities, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrate client focus, etc.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc. is preferred
