We are looking for a Channel Program Manager - responsible for creating, coordinating and analyzing channel marketing promotions and campaigns, designing, operationalizing and executing across business units involved into channel development: business development, channel enablement, channel marketing, channel support, channel operations and solution engineering. This position reports directly to the Acronis Channel Chief.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing analysis and identifying opportunities for new Channel promotions and campaigns
  • Designing channel promotions terms and conditions
  • Defining operational framework and workflow for channel promotions and campaigns, driving those to execution
  • Involving relevant stakeholders into design and approval process
  • Coordinating respective marketing and business assets creation
  • Creating a new framework of analytic reports, identifying the outcomes, creating new plan of actions
  • Creating and monitoring KPI’s for channel promotions and campaigns
  • Developing relationships and communication channels with key stakeholders, general managers, business unit leaders and influencers with a significant focus on continuous discovery, gap analysis and improvement
  • Working on strategy with the Channel Marketing Team
  • Coordinating cross-business unit’s activities and resolving high-level issues within the project
  • Coordinating implementation with channel tools and processes with Acronis Cyber Systems

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry, channel sales and marketing/marketing operations
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in IT industry and/or Marketing
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of Sales processes
  • Understanding of Cloud Distribution and Cloud Service Providers channel specifics
  • Knowledge and understanding of various of analytic tools (PBI, Excel and others)
  • Strong ability to effectively discuss and negotiate around channel marketing issues
  • Competency in MS application including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to structure data and present outcomes
  • Ability to drive results without direct authority
  • Detail oriented with strong focus on delivery of expected results
  • Confident and assertive professional, acting as an independent but also capable of working within a team
  • Good listener, creative, intuitive, and with the ability to resolve problems in potentially stressful situations
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English
