Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Lifecycle Email Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help create and execute omni-channel campaigns across email, mobile push, SMS, and in-app messaging. Working closely with our Brand Management team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, you’ll design programs that leave our customers feeling fantastic (and well-informed), and running to tell their friends about us. What you’ll do:
Create and implement marketing automation designed to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention via Iterable
Ensure we have the most up-to-date data from cross-functional teams to power omni-channel lifecycle communications and deliver more personalized and automated experiences
Use data, analytics, and experimental design to drive improvements across a wide variety of business objectives
Who you are:
Backed by 2–4 years of experience creating robust, cross-channel 1:1 marketing strategies
A naturally curious person who’s quick to learn, flexible, and receptive to feedback
Meticulously organized and detail-oriented
A successful collaborator who communicates well (i.e., clearly, kindly, and proactively) with people in and outside of your own department
Comfortable multitasking to ensure deadlines are met
Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra credit:
1–2 years of experience developing marketing automation for subscription/membership driven business models
A history of developing consumer segmentations with Consumer Insights or Data teams
