We’re on the lookout for a creative, highly motivated, results-oriented Brand Marketing Specialist to help drive and define the Warby Parker brand. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to support the development, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns - with a focus on Product Launches, Insurance Growth, additional product expansion (such as lenses) and cross-departmental initiatives. With each project, you’ll play a role in Warby Parker’s success in transforming the eyewear industry while also demonstrating that for-profit companies can do good in the world. Sound cool? What you’ll do: 

  • Support the development of marketing plans and seasonal strategies that create demand for products, strengthen brand awareness, and drive consumer advocacy and acquisition
  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, processes and integrated marketing plans for designated product launches by crafting compelling briefs, understanding each milestone and deliverable required, developing and managing timelines to ensure that our launches are on time and successful
  • Own the creation of asset briefs, shot lists, sample assortment and photoshoot preparation for designated capsule, core and collaborations
  • Assist in coordinating marketing efforts across the organization (including with the Product Strategy, Ecom & Growth, Tech and Retail teams) by bringing strategic and creative ideas to execution and delivering concepts to consumers in support of our growth objectives
  • Monitor and record project metrics to ensure that we’re meeting our goals and measuring results, complete project recaps and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaigns
  • Identify and assist in the optimization of processes to ensure on-strategy programs are executed on time and on budget

  • Backed by at least 1+ years of experience in brand marketing or related function and 2+ years of relevant experience
