Twilio Segment is growing rapidly and seeking a Pricing Program Manager who is execution-focused with a strategic mindset, and is excited about driving impact, clarity, and alignment with teams across product, revenue operations, marketing, sales, and customer success. The person in this role will be responsible for the program and project management of highly-strategic pricing, packaging, and promotion initiatives designed to increase customer adoption and drive revenue growth for  Twilio Segment products and services. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager, Product Marketing & Pricing, this position will play a mission-critical role in supporting Twilio Segment’s continued growth.


Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of program and project management in pricing, product, sales, or business operations. They also have:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, or related experience.
  • Action-oriented mindset that blends strategic thinking with tactical execution, with the ability to connect the dots across multiple disparate activities to generate coordinated and integrated project plans.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships across the organization, and influencing without authority to successfully deliver impactful results.
  • Strong business acumen, preferably developed as part of a pricing, product, or business operations teams.
  • Proficiency in translating nuance and ambiguity into structured work plans and documentation.
  • Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile, or related program management or technology agile delivery certification is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • DRAW THE OWL: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, revenue operations, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of pricing and packaging initiatives.
  • BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD: Drive joint problem solving, cross-functional dependency reconciliation, and integrated plans, while holding cross-functional teams accountable with minimal guidance and support.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS:  Inspire, motivate, and equip cross-functional teams to drive stated outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Create a forum for cross-functional teams to discuss and understand program risks, interdependencies, sequencing requirements, resourcing requirements, and program status, and escalate any barriers to timely and effective execution.  


The Product Marketing & Pricing team is central to Twilio Segment's continued growth. We work closely with senior leadership across R&D, G&A, and go-to-market teams and executive leadership to guide pricing and packaging strategy. We lead all aspects of designing, evaluating, measuring, and implementing pricing and packaging initiatives that drive customer adoption and product revenue, and play a significant role in driving the overall direction of the global business unit.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 


Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $90,752 - $113,440

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $79,408 - $99,260

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
