This is an integral role in the Orchard UK finance team, supporting the Director of Finance, the rest of the finance team and the wider Orchard UK business. The successful candidate will be a part qualified finance professional with a can-do attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves and immerse themselves in a fast paced, fun & rewarding environment which also offers excellent exposure to the workings of an international finance department within the music industry.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare monthly audit file and balance sheet reconciliations, including presentation to Director & Senior Director of Finance
  • Ownership of intercompany relationships with international affiliates, including monthly postings, payments, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and record month end postings, and assist Director of Finance with month end analysis
  • Coordinate year end audit requests and assist to prepare statutory accounts
  • Oversee accounts receivable postings made by offshore team and ownership of weekly AR review and monthly bad debt review
  • Ad hoc finance projects and analysis

Who you are:

  • Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Prior experience of SAP desirable
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Works well to tight deadlines
