Salesforce Architect/Developer 

At Techstars, a big part of our application portfolio is the Salesforce ecosystem. We have custom applications that are core to our business built on several Salesforce instances. We are seeking a senior Salesforce Developer with strong Architecture skills and desire to implement them. We are looking for someone that is passionate about the Salesforce platform, application development and integrations. 

What you will do:

  • Be part of an Agile scrum team
  • Provide technical solution and design Salesforce processes to meet business requirements
  • Design robust systems to collect critical business data
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
  • Create business process requirements and design documents; including system flow with integrated systems
  • Assist with driving adoption and measuring SFDC usage
  • Work cross teams on requirements, design solution and test custom developed solutions
  • Work closely with the other application technical teams within the division to provide seamless integration and release cycles
  • Maintain end-to-end view of system, make recommendations, and assist with developing roadmap
  • Determine severity and impact of issues/changes on the business
  • Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, notifications, approval processes, Lightning Process Builder, LWC and Lightning Flow
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
  • Support training efforts with new material for end users on the Salesforce application. Work with training team to assist with training new and existing users on SFDC
  • Manage Salesforce integrations like Conga, HelloSign etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years as Salesforce Developer and/or Architect
  • Proficient in custom APEX, LWC, Lightning UI, Web Service and Visualforce components
  • Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, and declarative customization
  • Knowledge of Security and Sharing Best Practices
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Agile software development processes and best practices
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred

Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 with 10% Bonus
