The role… As a Learning Experience Developer, you will harness your experience of 
using different authoring tools, particularly Storyline 360, to realise the best solutions for our 
clients. Along with producing innovative solutions, you’ll research, develop and document 
learning approaches and methodologies in a clear, compelling manner whilst keeping 
abreast of industry trends and standards. You’ll collaborate with our talented Learning 
Experience, and Visual Designers to ensure we delight our clients and exceed their

• Proven experience using a range of authoring tools to build compelling digital 
learning solutions 
• Technical knowledge of a range of learning management systems and platforms 
• Active interest in learning experience design/instructional design (elearning/digital 
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and work to tight deadlines
• Exceptional eye for detail
