Principal Content and Product Manager  (DACH) – Berlin hybrid

 So, what is a  Principal Content and Product Manager……

Job titles can be an enigma these days, so let’s break it down a little!

What you will do….

  • Work closely with other functions such as Commercial Team, The Practice and Marketing, defining, creating and managing the compliance product landscape (which includes new products and content).
  • Creation, visualising concepts, crafting slides and storyboarding
  • Keep in touch with our external Subject Matter Experts, ensure our product library is legally up to date and reflects the latest German and European legislation.
  • Observe the Compliance solutions market and competition.
  • Provide the knowledge and expertise to equip our sales & marketing functions with everything they need to know to talk to potential customers for our content products.
  • Help to shape and equip our Customer Lou as well as our Self Service Platform to meet both internal (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product) as well as Customers’ needs best. This includes maintaining the Libraries by adding, refreshing, and removing content as appropriate.
  • Be the central point of contact for compliance content product related questions.
  • Lead customer and internal stakeholder feedback collection to gain insights regarding product performance, market acceptance and new needs both in terms of content as well as features.

The ideal candidate will be able to…..

  • Demonstrable experience of growing a content library business.
  • Verbal and written fluency in both German and English.
  • Experienced and/or interested in Compliance or legal topics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting ability.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Confident communicator, both digitally and face to face; excellent listening and communication skills, inclusive of presenting to various stakeholders and audience sizes.
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving skills

It would be nice if you had……

  • Experience of project management in a technical or creative industry would be highly preferable.

Location  (Hybrid- Berlin)

We know you need some time to concentrate and avoid constant commuting, so homeworking is essential, but we also feel face-to-face time is important too.

We work in a Hybrid way with ideally 2/3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week worked remotely. We offer flexible working options also to help find the right work-life balance for you.

We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol, Plymouth, Glasgow, and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
