As the head of the sales enablement function at Singular, you’ll own all aspects of enablement, training, and development of our quickly growing team of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. While we’ve already established a strong foundation, we’re looking for you to partner directly with our CRO, our SVP of Sales, and our leadership across the organization to build the next iteration of sales training. You will identify opportunities, knowledge and skill gaps, and the tools the team can leverage to uplevel. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding and ongoing training programs, and partner with internal teams to create and package playbooks, training decks, demos and more. You'll collaborate with Product and Customer Success to create content and help our SDRs and AEs be productive and successful. This position will be based in our San Francisco office, right in the heart of SOMA and report to the SVP of Sales to ensure alignment to sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training for the sales organization, including new hire sales onboarding
  • Manage sales enablement projects that support Singular’s\ sales initiatives and revenue objectives
  • Implement tracking of key information within Salesforce to unlock our ability to achieve shared outcomes across our sales organization
  • Conducting training needs assessments and then creating strategic training plans with tactical execution
  • Developing course curriculum and instructional materials including technology based training
  • Ensuring appropriate consultation with stakeholders for all required training development
  • Building relationships with relevant groups and subject matter experts in order to engage on new programs and initiatives
  • Ultimately build a scaling and performing sales enablement team

 

Required Skills

  • 3+ years managing processes and a team of sales enablement for SaaS organizations in a high growth stage (from $20M ARR to $50M+ ARR)
  • Prior experience in a startup. You must understand the nuances and ins and outs of high growth startups
  • Successful track record of training and developing world class sales teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and sales leader coaching
  • Experience in curriculum development
  • Ability to partner with senior sales leaders and act as a strategic partner identifying and solving challenges and gaps across the entire organization
  • Experience hiring, training and developing a world class team
