  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations

  • Serve as an analytical and technical thought partner to stakeholders on the analytics team and around the business
  • Identify the development needs to streamline and improve the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
  • Create, maintain, and manage critical data and metrics documentation used across the organization

  • Translate complex analytical tasks into actionable insights and easily consumable outputs
  • Synthesize complex data analyses and communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional colleagues to drive strategies and tactics for growth
  • Partner with various teams at LTK to understand data needs and define/build key metrics, dashboards, and reports that allow stakeholders to execute their business goals more effectively
  • Build, maintain and scale Looker as our BI tool and ensure effective use of Looker across LTK and provide recommendations to stakeholders at all levels on Looker and data-driven best practices
  • Perform ad hoc queries and data analysis requests on an as-needed basis
  • Continually evaluate and refine your technical toolkit; teach what you learn to the team
  •

What you will bring to LTK

  • 5+ years experience in a quantitative role
  • 2+ years of experience with implementing and managing BI platforms (Looker) for business intelligence
  • 2+ years of experience in developing with LookML, Looker’s SQL Runner, Content Validator
  • Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation to drive actionable insights and decisions
  • Strong communication skills - you can present your findings in a clear and articulate way to groups of various stakeholders to drive decision making through interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter with a curious nature and passion for data; you “think outside the box” and “around the corner” with fierce attention to detail
  • A deep desire to prove yourself right or wrong and make smart decisions without ego
  • Empathy and intellectual humility to build strong rapport and thought-partnerships with colleagues
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment and drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment; you display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals (wearing both hats simultaneously)
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R or a similar programming language is a plus
  •

Functional requirements:

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
