Title: Senior Graphic Designer, freelance (immediate start, contract until Dec 31st, 2024)

Location: This is a fully remote position

Job Purpose:  LTK is looking for a highly-skilled Senior Graphic Designer to work closely with our Creative and Marketing teams, with a focus on supporting paid & organic marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is familiar with the latest graphic design techniques always focused on improving their craft. You'll be collaborating closely with other designers, marketers, and stakeholders across the organization to conceptualize and implement design solutions on a global scale that meet marketing strategies ensuring development, adoption, and adherence to brand standards. This role requires someone who is passionate about design, knows industry best practices, and seeks out the best possible creative answers to marketing’s daily challenges.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design paid marketing materials for our shopper, Creator, and brand audiences (emails, in-app modules, social graphics, sales decks, reports, paid media ads, invites, etc.)
  • Conceptualize and design creative that helps elevate our brand and meets the objectives of the brief for multi-channel campaigns
  • Work within brand guidelines to deliver strong graphic design solutions that reinforce the LTK brand expression 
  • Bring to life marketing briefs across 360 social/digital channels across brand, creator, consumer touch points
  • Develop and execute a high volume of creative deliverables and integrated marketing campaigns for our business segments i.e., B2B and B2C
  • Deliver digital, mobile-first design and maintain knowledge of advancing creative technology
  • Create and maintain shared design asset resources, including templates, icons, and graphics, to streamline design processes and improve efficiency


Skills and Requirements

  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience required, agency and in-house experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects)
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Keynote, and related tools/products 
  • Understanding of marketing, creative production, website design, brand identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
  • Deadline driven and highly organized - works well with tight deadlines in a team environment and is able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, strong sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities; this position requires an individual who works well under pressure, is flexible and easily able to re-prioritize when necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present ideas to cross-functional teams
