In both a pre-sales and post-sales environment, the Professional Services Manager will play a central role in ensuring the customer achieves significant return on their Samsara investment and is successfully positioned for a long lasting partnership with Samsara. This will be a highly cross-functional role working closely with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Executive Leadership.
This role is primarily based in London, with travel opportunities to visit customers on-site.
Align customer and internal stakeholders on the main sources of value (efficiency, effectiveness, safety, compliance) a customer will receive by using Samsara’s products
Create strategic roadmaps describing how to prove and scale value
Consult with customers on best practices in change management, technology implementation, customer experience, and other topics critical to program success
Manage all aspects of a trial to prove and quantify the value created through a Samsara deployment at scale
Refine sources of value, change management approach, and deployment plan based on trial findings
Present insights and recommendations to senior customers and internal stakeholders
5+ years experience working in management consulting, IT consulting, account management, customer success and/or program management
Ability to develop deep working relationships with the customer and across functions
Strong empathy for customers
Structured thinker with an eye for value
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in fleet management, safety programming, IoT devices, or B2B software.
