About the role:

Are you interested in joining a top-notch marketing team in Mexico? We are looking for an energetic, highly organized team player who loves a fast-paced environment, thrives on results and elevates our events team to new heights.

In this role, you will drive the development and execution of multiple large-scale, high-impact and white-glove experiences that support our go-to-market strategy. You should be creative, extremely detailed and results-oriented, relentlessly focused on the customer, and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will: 

  • Be responsible for end-to-end event management, planning, coordination and execution, ensuring seamless logistics and a flawless attendee journey.
  • Create and execute high-quality, immersive white-glove experiences to leave a lasting impact on attendees.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align event strategies with business impact.
  • Be responsible for strategically planning events tailored to our specific business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Manage event budget, evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of trends and innovations, continuously infusing fresh ideas to enhance the quality of our events.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in white-glove events planning, event production, event marketing, and/or project management
  • Fluent in English
  • 50% travel required for event experiences
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and budget-management skills, with the ability to work across different levels of an organization
  • Segmentation skills and being able to understand different audiences and their needs to develop experiences
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Passion for problem-solving, results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
  • Passion for learning new things, and continuous experimentation, bringing innovation to every event
  • Experience in marketing for B2B high-tech products/solutions with memorable and inclusive experiences
  • Experience using SFDC
  • Previous experience with any ABM framework
