Are you looking to help lead one of the fastest growing startups in history? Samsara is an Internet of Things company valued at over $3B and growing at over 250% annually. We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial leader to help build our emerging Industrial Channel organization.
Working closely with a senior management team that previously built and exited a ~1B company, you'll be responsible for the growth, strategy, and execution of the partner engagement for Samsara’s Industry 4.0 and Machine Vision teams. As part of the Samsara Industrial leadership team, you will be helping to shape an incredibly dynamic environment designed to exist as a hyper growth startup within a hyper growth startup. The day-to-day of this role will vary in scope from tactical partner and customer field visits to high-level strategy, execution and team building.
This position is based in our San Francisco HQ location.
5+ years sales/channel experience with consistent, documented overachievement
3+ years team management/building experience
Experience in creating/scoping/measuring new roles
Experience with building and running a new channel sales model
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Strategic problem solving, project management, interpersonal and team management skills
In your first week, you'll:
Travel to Samsara HQ in San Francisco for a week of New Hire Training
Attend a variety of different onboarding sessions, where you'll: receive a thorough introduction to our leadership team. be immersed in our product offerings and meet our CEO, Sanjit Biswas, in a "Samsara 101" class
Meet your team and fellow new hire cohort
Shadow cold-calls, product demos, etc.
