We are looking for a Finance Programs Analyst to support the business in our Atlanta office. Detailed Salesforce work including building reports, analyzing data, and monitoring pending orders
Reporting on program success
Frequent collaboration with other departments to identify issues, and troubleshoot solutions
Close work with Sales/Operations team to ensure orders are processed correctly, in a timely fashion
Monitoring of trial program, daily invoicing, return tracking
Ad hoc NetSuite projects
General support to Finance team
Exceptional team player
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with different departments
Intermediate Microsoft Office programs experience
Salesforce, Oracle/Netsuite experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
