Brand Marketing Manager

Rebag is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager with a successful track record of managing brand campaigns from start to finish and overseeing copywriting, creative development, social media, influencer marketing and partnerships. The role will report to the CMO:

  • Lead marketing campaigns with cross-functional team, partnering with Creative, Sales, Product, Operations and the full marketing team to ensure the campaign is delivered seamlessly
  • Oversee key brand channels: website, social media, influencer marketing and brand partnerships to build overall brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage marketing calendar, brand budget and creative development process
  • Design and conduct ideation sessions to constantly innovate and energize campaign ideas and design, making campaigns engaging and effective
  • Develop creative briefs and partner with Creative through design and production of photo and video shoots and assets to ensure we deliver our brand and business objectives
  • Define measurable brand goals for each campaign; document and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaigns
  • Analyze and deliver regular reporting on campaign performance and content engagement


  • 4+ years of in-house or agency experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with a results-driven mindset
  • Creative thinking and problem solver with a willingness to challenge status quo
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional projects 
  • Deep understanding of brand voice and strong copywriting skills 
  • Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimble
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • This position will be based out of NYC and reporting to our SOHO WeWork location 2x a week
