We are looking for an Online Sales Associate with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. This position involves working with clients to provide them the right Rebag Experience to meet their luxury and circularity needs. A hybrid role of assisting customers leads for the Sales team and closing online business. You will engage with online customers, as well as follow up and close on various sources of online inbound leads and qualify leads for Sales.


  •       Identify, develop and nurture online leads
  •       Take inbound emails and live chats on the website to assist customers and convert them into sales
  •       Ability to understand luxury clients needs and luxury taste and recommend relevant product to create enhanced sales
  •       Follow up on sales leads generated by marketing programs
  •       Demo Rebag’s technology and convert clients
  •       Continuously maintain and update CRM platforms
  •       Deliver Happiness by maintaining specific CSat Scores
  •       Evangelize Rebag product offerings
  •       Achieve monthly qualified leads and sales quotas
  •       Participate in a thorough (and fun!) training program to develop and enhance selling skills, learn the Rebag sales process, and develop expertise in Luxury Resale to best serve your customers
  •       Communicate the benefits of Rebag incentives to prospective customers via phone, email, live chats, and live video
  •       Maintain consistent follow up with clients in order to grow and maintain client book
  •       Maintain accurate and timely records of activity through Intercom and Endear (CRM Platforms)
  •       Develop expertise in the resale industry and its relationship to technology
  •       Create an authentic educational client experience as you guide clients on their resale journey
  •       Prospect for new business by reaching out to new customers, growing existing customers, and developing relationships; build a customer base.
  •       Process transactions and sales orders according to company policy.


  •       Ability to operate fully remotely and digitally
  •       Ability to work from home in a professional and rigorous way
  •       Perfect English in both verbal and written communications
  •       Retail sales experience is preferred, ideally in the luxury or high end industry
  •       High energy and personal engagement skills
  •       Professional appearance and punctual
  •       Experience with a POS system and proficiency with MS Office software, web navigation
  •       Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of our clients and promotions, which requires working on weekends and holidays, and one hour before and after operating hoursLong term commitment and willingness to grow with the company
