Role

We are looking for a Business to Business Sales Associate with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. This position involves working with Business Owners to provide them the right Rebag experience to meet their luxury and circularity needs. A hybrid role of generating leads for the Sales team and closing online business. You will engage with other resale businesses big and small, as well as follow up and close on various sources of online inbound leads and qualify leads for Sales.

 Responsibilities

  •       Drive revenue growth by onboarding new business
  •       Identify, onboard and grow accounts for our B2B/Wholesale business
  •       Prospect mainly through outreach emails, phone calls, video calls and occasionally networking events and some face to face meeting
  •       Negotiate pricing and large bulk deals with prospective buyers
  •       Deliver solution-driven presentations to business partners
  •       Educate business partners on the resale industry and C.L.A.I.R. Technology Suite solutions
  •       Organize your day and week around competing demands
  •       Meet or exceed expected monthly and quarterly sales milestones
  •       Work closely with Team Lead for prospecting, and development
  •       Accurately track and record activities in our CRM
  •       Nurture and qualify new leads that turn into quality appointments
  •       Join networking groups to build your brand
  •       Maintain consistent attention to detail, self-discipline and grit
  •       Overcome objections and use investigative questioning techniques to qualify prospects and determine if they have a business challenge or need we can address through our offerings.
  •       Master the ability to communicate our value propositions to prospective clients.
  •       Create, organize and track activity, leads, meetings and opportunities using our CRM.
  •       Become an expert in our organization’s suite of staffing and technology solutions.
  •       Be accountable for quantitative goals
  •       Maintain a professional, entrepreneurial approach and mindset that is in line with Rebag’s core values and culture

Qualifications:

  •       Verifiable experience in business development or sales
  •       Experience interfacing with remote team members and external prospects as a part of a collaborative, solution-based sales process.
  •       References describe you as a self-starter motivated to overachieve.
  •       Ability to travel occasionally to conduct face-to-face consultations, meetings and trade shows as the business evolves
  •       Professional appearance. Punctual. Impeccable grammar and writing with the ability to articulate complex scenarios.
  •       Professional skills working with the full CRM platforms.
  •       Prior experience in wholesale or business to business preferred
  •       Ability to operate fully remotely and digitally
  •       Ability to work from home in a professional and rigorous way
  •       Perfect English in both verbal and written communications
  •       Experience adapting in rapidly changing environments and contributing to an evolving sales process.
  •       Coachable and comfortable receiving feedback
  •       College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  •       Long term commitment and willingness to grow with the company
