What You Will Do
Build and maintain proactive partnership with C-level and leadership teams in order to understand the business, anticipate the staffing needs, and offer solutions
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for the company
Oversee recruitment efforts and new-employee orientations
Handles employee relations, on-boarding process and employment verifications
Recommends new policies and procedures
Participates as needed in new HR initiatives
What We Expect You to Bring To The Table
A bachelor’s degree in a related field
3-5 years of HR experience
Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint and or google docs
Excellent communicator, flexible and team oriented
