It is a very exciting time of growth for our Security Services team, and we are currently hiring a Digital Security Coach to provide security consulting and leadership for our Managed Services customers.
This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.
What will my role entail?
As a Digital Security Coach, you will assist our customers in developing, deploying and supporting security-focused continuous improvement processes and policies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between security clients and the Quisitive team
- Participating in new security implementations and planning
- Conducting security advisement sessions including service discussions, license review and compliance requirements
- Managing client security issues and requests
- Working with clients to improve their understanding of their security state and monitor the effectiveness of their tools and processes
- Monitoring and interpreting security and analytics tools, dashboards, and reports
- Assisting with security architecture and adoption planning to optimize the value tools and licenses provide to the client
- Analyzing trends and making recommendations to improve client security related to external and internal threats, such as malware or data leakage
- Guiding client conversations to road map additional security and enhancement initiatives

- Previous customer management experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft security products or features (Office 365, Group Policy, Azure, etc)
- General compliance awareness
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Multi-Factor Authentication
- Azure Sentinel
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% periodically

- Experience mapping Compliance and Security requirements to technical controls, such as PCI, or HIPAA
