It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence Organizational Change Management team, and we are currently hiring an M365/CoPilot Change Management Associate Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
What will my role be?
We are currently seeking an M365/CoPilot Organizational Change Management Associate Consultant (OCM). Successful contributions in this role include strong team collaboration, identification of business use cases, leveraging prescriptive adoption techniques, and participating in a consultative environment to help clients meet and exceed project objectives. Change Management responsibilities will be completed on a project basis. Project focus includes how people interact with Microsoft technology and/or process adaptation via M365/Copilot integrations.
Client engagement responsibilities include:
- Assess a client’s current state and understand the baseline of change needs
- Complete change management assessments, identify key stakeholders, and work closely with sponsors in defining project/initiative goals and success criteria
- Partner with clients, project managers and technologists as a member of a Organizational Change Management Team
- Leverage prescriptive change management solutions based on potential need for communications, training, and governance
- Apply a structured methodology and facilitate change management activities within the defined scope of the project Statement of Work
- Facilitate Change Management Workshops created to help organizations understand how Microsoft tools can be successfully leverage to meet/exceed defined goals
- Recognize potential additional client opportunities while serving current client needs.
Project engagement responsibilities include:
- Partner with project OCM Lead, Project Manager and Technicians in facilitating solid solutions to achieve success

What's required?
- At least two years of change management consulting experience on Microsoft projects in a consulting environment (M365, O365, CoPilot…)
- Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification strongly preferred
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Personal flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn through feedback

What would set me apart?
- Previous experience working independently on Microsoft Adoption or Organizational Change Management projects
- Adoption or Organizational Change Management experience in three or more areas of Microsoft technology
- PROSCI certification
