It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-To-Market team, and we are currently hiring a Commercial Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team with a focus on the Midwest territory.
This role can be located anywhere within the Midwest United States.
What will my role entail?
As a Quisitive Account Executive, you will work closely with both the Quisitive team and regional Microsoft representatives to position and deploy technology-driven business solutions and services to our Commercial customers covering the Midwest territory. Major duties include cross-selling Microsoft services and solutions and growing existing accounts, acquiring new accounts, and providing superior customer service and support. Duties will include:
- Design and execute a data-driven, effective business development strategy and lead the acquisition of Enterprise level Commercial customers to exceed quarterly and annual quotas
- Develop and leverage strong, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with Microsoft Field Sales Teams
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including identifying solution, qualification and winning key prospective customers
- Position yourself as a trusted partner who articulates Quisitive’s value proposition, competitive differentiation, and can translate a technical solution into solving into Client’s business need
- Lead RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations, and final contract negotiations
- Maintain consistent CRM hygiene to reflect pipeline status and deal activities
- Support customer-facing marketing events
What's required?
- First and foremost, you should enjoy the pursuit, be competitive and have a positive attitude! Good interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation, focus and passion for selling strategic IT services are critical to this role. Being a team player, but also independent and tenacious will be important to your success.
- Proven track record of 5+ years' sales experience selling Microsoft Commercial solutions and services.
- Strategic, data-driven account planning and execution skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- An innovative approach, always thinking about the art of the possible, "listen" and discern client business needs
- An understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud across all three technology stacks
- Ability to prioritize, convince and collaborate to achieve goals
- Established and continuously expanding business network in the commercial space
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to interface, consult and persuade C-level and Senior Leadership level clients effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or equivalent experience
