It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-to-Market team, and we are currently hiring a D365 F&O Presales Solution Architect to provide technical expertise for our customers in the sales process.  This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Tampa.

What will my role be?

As a D365 F&O Presales Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with our sales and delivery teams to craft innovative solutions for customer implementations and projects.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with our sales team, you will work to identify D365 opportunities for enterprise level customers across industries with a large focus on manufacturing.
  • You will work closely with our clients during the presales process to understand their business requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals leveraging D365 F&O capabilities.
  • Working with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will translate complex business needs into compelling solution proposals.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Communicate with customers how our solutions can help them drive efficiency, cost savings, and growth.
  • You will partner with our sales team to create compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Partnering with the sales team, you will create and deliver RFP responses and SOW’s.
  • Working with customers, you will deliver system and solution architecture and lead solution modeling workshops.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Sharing these insights with your teammates and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in presales and solution architecture
  • Previous consulting experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O including Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Professional presence
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings when required
  • Certifications in D365 F&O or related technologies are a plus
