Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.
Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.
The Product Specialist will be one of the key members in bridging HQ and the regional service teams of America, Europe, MENA, and CIS to devise actionable strategies, maximize the product reach and ensure its success.
Basic Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sync with Publishing Headquarters to understand their overall strategy and direction for products and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with regional teams to tailor strategies and execute activations that resonate with their specific markets, enhancing the product presence in each targeted region.
- Report achievements and results of the performance to senior management and Publishing Headquarters.
- Assist with budgetary aspects related to the product, overseeing allocations and expenses in alignment with the growth strategy.
- Support other PMs and Team Leads in publishing tasks and in organization management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English, facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
- Passion for games.
- Experience using MS Office 365 products and Tableau software.
- Have experience in defining and implementing KPIs and developing growth strategies.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to tailor strategies that align with regional dynamics.
- Analytical skills to comprehend data and implement its findings into strategy and direction.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
