Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.

Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.

We are in search of an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated person to be part of the PUBG WEST Publishing Department. Working specifically within the Creator Partnerships team in our Amsterdam office, you will join us as the dedicated Creator Partnership Manager for the PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PC & Console) IP and WEST (EMEA, NA, LATAM) region. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Creator Partnerships Manager and Affiliate Creator Partnerships Manager, to support the team with the growing demand for creator relationships building and content creator initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for creator inquiries and help lead all aspects of planning, executing and reporting on campaigns and activations. Your focus will be on tasks related to identifying, engaging, managing, spotlighting, and reporting on talented content creators with the goal of securing content coverage for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. Currently, most of your efforts will be directed towards leveraging the reach and influence of existing members of our PUBG WEST Partner Program, as well as actively tapping into the pool of creators outside of our Partner Program ecosystem.

 

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Partnerships team to develop and execute tailored Partner Program and influencer strategies and campaigns that align with our regional WEST objectives for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS IP
  • Help to execute current Partner Program and assure the growth and prosperity of talented creators within our communities
  • Manage and further expand relationships with existing partnered creators via daily interactions
  • Identify, screen, and acquire/audit streamers and content creators for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS
  • Secure and manage the presence of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS on major live streaming and video platforms, such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant emerging socials.
  • Conceptualize and manage Partner & creator campaigns and activities – organic and paid – including, but not limited to:
    • Target selection
    • Briefing creation (including briefs for external agencies if relevant)
    • Ensuring timely execution, including coordinating deliverables from various internal teams
    • Budget management
    • KPI setting and tracking
    • Asset creation management and promotional plan creation in collaboration with Creative and Social Media teams
    • Contract negotiation, admin tasks and payment process in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams
  • Collaborate with other teams (MarCom, Community) to help building and executing impactful creator initiatives
  • Stay up to date on ongoing and emerging trends within creator landscape to ensure our creator activations are best in class
  • Other related responsibilities, as assigned

We are ideally looking for:

  • Several years’ of experience in related fields, ideally within gaming creator/influencer landscape
  • A passionate gamer with strong understanding of FPS games, passionate about live streaming, gaming video content, and/or esports
  • Good understanding of current streaming and social media platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok etc.) and trends, as well as game/entertainment community
  • Strong familiarity with top and mid-tier Twitch and YouTube personalities (focused on PUBG as well as on other games) especially in EMEA and AMERICAS regions
  • Experience working with international teams and exposure to multicultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (strategic thinking and leadership), and ability to interface effectively with both content creators and developers, as well as various internal teams
  • Business proficiency level of English
  • Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment / Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in MS Office / MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
  • Able to travel as required both globally and domestically
  • Knowledge and familiarity with PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PC/Console)
  • Multilingual (French, German, Spanish or other European language)
  • Familiarity with following set of tools – Wrike, Wiki/Confluence, Sideqik or other influencer management platforms, TwitchTracker, StreamHatchet, Rainmaker or other viewership tracking platforms
  • Direct experience with live streaming and content creation / knows how to use OBS and/or other streaming software
