Work as a team on daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Manage the timely submissions and approvals for the organic state incentive process.
Prepare and track outstanding documents needed to obtain state incentive approval.
Monitor project flow and follow up with state incentive program administrators on issues to reduce cycle times.
Upload all documents that are sent out and received into the CRM.
Answer phone and email requests from peers, customers and state incentive program administrators.
Update CRM activities with each step in the process.
Support all organic state incentive submissions and receives (call, mail, email, and portal).

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge in Adobe Pro Knowledge in Google Email, Drive, Documents and Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen.
