  • Job Title: Information Security Risk and Compliance Engineer
  • Job Summary:  The Information Security Risk and Compliance engineer plans, develops, and implements the company's technical compliance capabilities to address risks to the organization’s enterprise solutions, supply chain, and business operations.

What you’ll do

  • As an Information Security Risk and Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring that our enterprise solutions and processes meet internal and external compliance standards.
  • Design, define, and implement compliance standards and processes to meet those requirements for enterprise solutions, such as ERP, HRIS, PLM, and other solutions critical to business operations.
  • Document and report any non-compliance issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Train and educate staff on Information Security policies and procedures relating to enterprise solutions.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on overall compliance status.
  • Provide security expertise and consulting to partner teams in Tech and across the enterprise.
  • Alongside the Information Security team, responsible for responding to and remediating security events / incidents.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure successful completion of our roadmaps and initiatives.
  • Utilize agile methodology by making iterative progress toward achieving individual, team, and organizational objectives.

What you’ll bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Security.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with enterprise solutions and business applications, such as HRIS, ERP, PLM, etc.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, or similar enterprise applications.
  • Experience with securing technology solutions relating to a company's supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge in the application of Identity & Access Management, Segregation of Duties, and Least Privilege concepts.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodology.
  • Up to date with security attacks and latest security research.
  • Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, ingenuity, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience with infrastructure and security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration management.
  • Experience working with security vendors and developing recommendations based on evaluating products and analyzing functionality

  • Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $104,000.00 - $123,500.00. The full range is $104,000.00 - $157,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
