We are currently seeking to add a Survey CAD Technician to our dynamic team in Walla Walla, Washington. 

$22 to $24 hourly in-office, with the potential of occasional time in the field. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. 
  • One year experience with AutoCAD version 2015 or newer 
  • Experience drafting maps using AutoCAD
  • Experience preparing and editing documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat 
  • Understanding of basic geometry and trigonometric calculations and formulas
  • Ability to take accurate and legible notes (an example of personal notes will be required during the initial interview process)
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a group setting
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record  

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Experience as a Survey Field or office Technician 
  • Familiarity with Carlson Survey software

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Assist in the preparation of boundary, topographic, subdivision, and ALTA maps, documents and calculations 
  • Assist with review and QA/QC of survey maps and documents
