We are currently seeking to add a Civil Engineer to our dynamic team in Walla Walla, Washington.
$30 to $32 hourly. In office, full-time, with benefits.
This role will perform civil engineering design work in a team environment alongside other engineers, project managers, and PBS staff.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
Knowledge of stormwater analysis software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fast learner
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Flexibility and creativity in project approaches
Ability to legally work in all PBS Locations
Valid Driver’s License
Desirable Qualifications
Experience providing civil design of land development and/or municipal projects
Experience in engineering consulting or similar
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Familiarity with local development codes and standards
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform civil engineering design tasks associated with municipal public works projects and private development projects
Effectively self-manage manage multiple assignments, and prioritize with input from project managers
Maintain active communication
Duties may periodically include performing a variety of skilled professional tasks, manually or by use of computer-assisted drafting/design equipment
