The Web Designer ideates, creates, tests, and executes their designs for a wide variety of channels across several markets including websites, email, mobile, and apps. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to take an idea and run with it.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide guidance and feedback to key stakeholders and to inspire other creative associates.
- Maintain and elevate design standards across our platforms
- Work closely with the digital team in the production and execution of digital content
- Support market leads in ongoing campaigns
- Design industry leading content
- Develop best practices for key digital processes
- Think outside of the box to take our digital experiences to the next level
- Solution enhancements with our IT team
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- 3+ years professional experience within web design/front-end development fields
- A degree in a relevant digital field of marketing, design, or coding
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to clearly communicate the status of projects and maintain deadlines
- Solid visual design understanding and the ability to critique and receive critiques for improvements
- A strong understanding of the Webflow platform
- Proficiency in the adobe design suite
- Proficiency in figma, or any similar web design software
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- The person in this position frequently communicates with other employees/customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
