We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Account Director/Associate Client Services Director to join our team.
As Account Director/Associate Client Services Director you will be responsible for supervising a range of communications projects. The role would suit a candidate who enjoys multi-tasking and is motivated to drive and develop the business. Using your project management / leadership skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients, including scientific and strategic consultation, satellite symposia, international conferences and medical education projects in both web and multimedia formats. You will research information from a variety of sources in order to provide expertise in therapy area(s) and product(s) and, as a primary client liaison point, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.
To succeed, you must have a BSc in life sciences, preferably combined with a PhD or MSc. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment and therapy area experience preferably in oncology or virology. In addition, you will have experience in managing meetings (conferences, symposia, satellite meetings, events etc.). You should have good financial understanding and have had experience with budgeting. You will also be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
