We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to expand our team. This is a role in a dynamic team with lots of opportunity for growth and progression. You will work as part of a larger cross-functional team and use your project management skills to deliver a wide range of services to clients including the development of project timelines, status reports and financial records.

Here's what you'll be doing:

· build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service

· work closely with Directors and liaise with key decisions makers to support the execution and delivery of projects.

· organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams.

· reference a variety of sources to provide research support to the team as needed.

· produce regular status updates for clients on current projects.

· assist in the financial management of assigned projects.

To succeed, you must have a BSc in life sciences and previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment. You should have good financial understanding, strong project management skills and be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
