We need a resource with +7 years of experience in Business Process Analysis and Modeling (including Mapping) with proven experience in business process management of end-to-end business procesess with proficient level of Communication, Empathy, Integrity, Teamwork & Collaboration, Time Management.
Responsibilities in the role:
- To produce a set of documents that show the Customer Journey/Experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) in several artifacts (Miro, BIC, etc.);
- To document the path taken by a customer, interacting with any combination of company support channels and resources (end to end), required to resolve customer request or need;
- To definine and manage the service journeys that customer undertake to satisfy service requests ensures these service journeys meet customer expectations;
- To collaborate to define a Governance Model for the maintenance of the journeys.
We expect the candidate to bring:
- Experience with business process modeling for B2B industries, with priority on Construction industry but not essential;
- Customer Experience – prior experience in user experience modeling and mapping or the ability to evaluate the experience from a customer perspective is beneficial;
- Understanding, on a broad level, regional business operations;
- Knowledge of previous O2C processes is advantageous but not essential;
- Basic understanding of Service Center operations required;
- English proficiency;
- Availability to travel within Europe and the UK.
