We are looking for Sr Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and coordination of activities across different project teams
- Update and maintain ADO boards with current project statuses
- Engage stakeholders with updates, impact analyses, and forthcoming steps
- Record outcomes of meetings and store pertinent information for later use
- Offer administrative assistance to Project Managers and Scrum Masters
- Conduct project meetings to align all parties on goals and schedules
- Track project development and pinpoint possible risks or setbacks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management or a related area
- Capability to conduct impact analysis and report findings
- Knowledge in CI/CD principles
- Skilled in utilizing Agile PM tools
- Ability to handle and prioritize various tasks and projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and interpersonal aptitudes
- Capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English with B2+ level communication skills
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
- Background in Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques
