By 2026, we will be delivering 2 million simulations per year. 

Position Overview: As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our product experiences in the AI space, scoring, and talent insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance learner experiences and drive measurable outcomes. Your role will involve defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and execute the product roadmap 
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for product performance and drive alignment with company objectives.
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and build advanced features 
    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Gather and prioritize requirements, create user stories, and develop detailed product specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the product development process.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
    • Develop and implement strategies for continuous product optimization based on user feedback and performance metrics.
    • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance overall experience 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products, data products and B2B learning products. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development projects and delivering impactful results.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and machine learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
