The Sales Enablement Intern’s primary responsibility is to assist in maximizing the effectiveness of Minitab’s Sales Organization through onboarding, training, and partnering with other business units to ensure the salespeople have the skillsets and tools they need to succeed.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact on a scaling, global organization. This position reports to the Sales Enablement Manager.

Responsibilities:

New Hire On-Boarding

  • Help execute the systematization of knowledge, content, trainings, and experience to build a scalable, repeatable enablement model for Minitab’s global Sales Organization.
  • Obtain new hire feedback related to their experience to help make future process enhancements.
  • Consolidate survey responses and provide insights to leadership

Sales Enablement and Technology

  • Help manage and maintain content (versioning, access, assignment, etc.) for Minitab's learning management system and related tech stack
  • Help identify and coordinate delivery of necessary content from Solutions, marketing, customer success, product, support, IT, Security,
  • Organize ad hoc training (live and asynchronous) for different sales tools

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Operational activities as needed (reporting, CRM Hygiene, dashboard creation, systems management, etc.)

Education Knowledge, And Experience

  • Completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or closely related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of, and experience with Sales Technology stacks (preferably cloud based) preferred
  • Business acumen preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and initiative to work effectively both independently and on a collaborative basis
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
